How to Order:
You may order by phone, in-store, online, email or fax. Call us at 201-656-5427 or fax your order to 201-963-1828. Please include the basket title with any applicable choices, your contact information, delivery date & address, credit card #, and your gift card message when faxing or e-mailing. For custom made baskets, please call and speak with one of us (or stop in and see us!) so that we can better help you. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Payment Methods:
We gladly accept cash and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We understand that some may feel uncomfortable about sending credit information over the internet, and you may fax or phone your order in. Prepayments using business checks and money orders (payable to Baskets of Distinction) are also accepted based upon credit approval.

Sales Tax:
Complying with the tax regulations of the state of NJ, the applicable 6% sales tax will be added to all items.

Substitutions:
We take great pride in the appearance of our gifts and we try to stay as close to the picture as possible.
Due to the high demand of quick turn around orders, we reserve the right to substitute individual products. It is important to us that our baskets are completed with the highest quality and care, but on occasion substitutions may occur of greater or equal value for a particular item.

Local NJ Hand Delivery:
We provide local hand-delivery throughout Hudson & Bergen Counties Tuesday - Friday. We can sometime have orders delivered on weekends, please call us if you are interested in a weekend delivery.

Hoboken delivery charges are $6.50, $13.00 covers most of the greater Hudson county areas, and $18.00 covers most of Bergen County. Rush deliveries start at $18.00. These charges are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are in addition to the prices listed for each particular basket or gift item. We must have full street addresses (including company name, suite number, apartment number when applicable). At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a second shipping fee upon their return to us.

All orders are shipped and delivered Tuesday - Friday and are shipped via UPS Ground service. Shipping charges vary by basket size, destination, and dimentional weight. UPS selects dimensional weight in determining your charge for all AIR services including 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We can also ship via Federal Express using your Third Party account number. For packages containing fresh products, such as food items, you must select one or two day shipping. We can not be responsible for heat-damaged products if you choose a shipping method that will take longer.

****NOTE OUR SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR CHOCOLATE*********

During Summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, Chocolate needs to be shipped in no more than 1-2 days. Whenever possible, we will substitute chocolate with a non-perishable item in gift baskets that are shipping ground in warm weather so that you do not need to pay for expedited delivery.
Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.

All of our gift baskets are made to order. Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship that day. Orders placed after 1pm may be delivered or shipped the following business day.
